Existen 3 tipos de ENMIENDAS: ADICIÓN, SUSTITUCIÓN Y SUPRESIÓN.
A la hora de redactar las Enmiendas, se hará de la siguiente forma: Identificación inicial del enmendante (nombre, institución y país), Página de la Carta, tipo de enmienda, Párrafo y Línea inicial, que se pretende enmendar. A continuación el Texto propuesto de adición, sustitución o supresión.

There are three types of AMENDMENTS: ADDITIONS, SUBSTITUTIONS AND DELETIONS.
The Amendments will be drafted as follows: initial identification of the person making the amendment (name, institution and country), page of the Charter, type of amendment, paragraph and starting line of the amendment. This is followed by the proposed text to be added, substituted or deleted.
