Companies and Institutions

From the organization of the 2nd International Meeting on Graphic Archaeology and Informatics, held from 16th to 19th June 2010, we have allocated an area for commercial exhibition at the disposal of attending companies and institutions which want to be present and also to collaborate in this multidisciplinary forum.

We have a limited number of stands (simple or double size) that serve as a showcase of the companies linked with the different subjects involved in the meeting. The stands will be located at the most crowded place, the hall of the Cultural Centre La Villa, in order to improve the interest of both attendees and companies.

General Terms and Conditions:

Simple stand: 2m x 2m. Electricity supply and data connector will be available. Furniture of small size will be also available for all those who required it.
        Price: 800€ (1,010.55 USD approx.)

Double stand: 4m x 2m. Electricity supply and data connector will be available. Furniture of small size will be also available for all those who required it.
        Price: 1,600€ (2,020.78 USD approx.)

Mounting will be done the day before the start of the conferences (15th June), and dismantling the day after the finish of the meeting (20th June).

An advanced payment of the 25% must be done before 30rd May as reservation. The rest will be paid before 15th June 2009 via bank transfer to the bank account that SEAV will provide in your invoice.

People authorized by their companies will have free access to the conferences, as well as work lunches and the conference bus service.

Companies interested in doing Workshops can request it to the secretary.

Companies that request more than five registrations will get a free 2x2m stand.

Likewise, we have at your disposal an alternative room for commercial projections and multimedia presentations of your interest.

All companies will appear as collaborators in the scientific programmes and in SEAV’s web page. In that case, companies should send us their logos by e-mail in order to include them in our list.
